I have had so much fun making jewelry out of sheets of shrink plastic. I had forgotten the process completely,  so my first round heating the stuff was a little startling. I forgot that it curled up onto itself before laying down flat and just how much it does in fact shrink – whoa! Boy is it fun to watch and so satisfying! I used my Cricut to cut the shrink plastic. Then colored the little critters in with Sharpie markers, next I hit it with a heat gun and boom – instant charms! I attached the shrinky dinks to a 1980′s plastic charm necklace chain I had. I love this necklace and will have a lot of fun wearing it. For a tutorial click here: Shinky Dink Necklace How To. Happy Crafting xoxo Lovely Lula

It seems I can’t get enough of the doily shapes on the Provo Craft Cricut Cindy Loo Cartridge. I made this fun Paper Doily Tablecloth using the two circular shapes, some muslin fabric and heat n’ bond iron on vinyl. After I made this, I was thinking that it would be a great technique to use to make a table runner or some place mats. I love this heat and bond iron on vinyl I used it to make some homemade oilcloth a while back. For the Tutorial Click Here:  Paper Doily Table Cloth How To Happy Crafting xoxo Lovely Lula

Happy Independence Day!  I knew I had to make a fashion goody to show some patriot pride! I found this great two-toned blue star scarf at a dollar store and my project was off and running. I used my Cricut and the Independence Day Cartridge and cut out the word Freedom and just clipped the “dom” off so it said “Free”. Then I cut the stars from the Robotz Cartridge. All cut out of black card stock. I then laid those pieces of black card stock out on the YUDU and burned the design onto a screen. I printed the design onto a light yellow broad cloth, added some star eyelets and stitched it to my scarf! Viola! That’s it and I have a super fun goody to wear to a 4th of July BBQ today! Happy Crafting and have a safe Independence Day Holiday!  For a Tutorial Click Here: Star Scarf How To xoxo Lovely Lula

The stamp and Happy birthday Banner is from the Imaginisce B-day Bash Collection. The gem hot rock is also from the irock from Imaginesce.
