Inspired by all of the mason jar Message In A Bottle crafts,  Halloween Vitrines, Holiday snow globes and Terrariums that have been consuming me over the last year, I decided to create some Spring Vitrines. This is the first installment of the village I will create out of glass jars, cake and cheese covers, glass bottles and bells jars that were found at local thrift stores and junk shops. I am thrilled how these are turning out and it has me thinking about Easter and Valentines Day Vitrines. Stay tuned for that!
I was so inspired when I saw Georgia Peachez Vintage Christmas Bulb Wreath that I knew I had to gather up the vintage bulbs I had and make one. It is so pretty and I am so thrilled to have it as part of my holiday decor. Then totally inspired, my mom and my neighbor, who is like a second mom both made their own versions. Here they all are:
I really do love Halloween. We really did it up this year. I think I am definitely turning into one of those ladies who decorates the whole joint inside and out for every holiday. Here are some interior decor shots. Click HERE for more Halloween.
We are all decked out and ready for Halloween night! We have very little cuteness here – all skulls and scary! Check out our outdoor decor. Click to view more Halloween.
The Halloween decorating projects continue. For today’s installment I created paper bag luminaries by cutting the bird and tree shapes out using my Cricut. I laid the shapes down onto the brown bags and then coating them with a dark grey spray paint. These are filled with sand and tea lights and will line the driveway on Halloween night.
